(JCRC) functions as the administrative body responsible for facilitating student welfare and accommodation within the school premises. Acting as a liaison between the student body and the Senior Common Room, the JCRC represents both resident and non-resident students.

The composition of the JCRC encompasses the entirety of the student body, including those residing in the main school hostel and the three affiliated hostels. Notably, the University of Environment and Sustainable Development (UESD) Hostel, inaugurated in 2021, stands as the main hostel on campus, equipped with modern amenities. Additionally, the affiliate hostels include Destiny Hostel, EL Hostel, and OJ Hostel, collectively contributing to the campus accommodation infrastructure.
